Dreamweaver Linens Returns Policy
At Dreamweaver Linens, we care about your expectations as a customer. Each product on our website is photographed and presented carefully with multiple images and we try to ensure the colour you see on screen is as close as possible to the physical product.
Only items which are unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition can be returned. That means if you have opened a product and tried to fit it back into its packaging, it cannot be returned.
We recommend you retain the outer packaging in which we sent the product and use it for returning goods.
We do not have a free returns service. Please contact us using the contact us form if you need to discuss a return.
If a product arrives with you and it is damaged, please contact us using this form as quickly as possible. We will ask for pictures to be sent, which will help speed up the process. Dreamweaver Linens will pay for the return of any damaged items.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days of the returned items reaching Dreamweaver Linens and using the original payment method.
